Sporthotel Silvretta GmbH

We are looking for a Gardemanger (m/f/d) for our kitchen from mid-November. We look forward to receiving your application!

Preparation and cooking of all kinds of cold dishes such as fish, mussels and crustaceans, pâtés, terrines and galantines
Compliance with current service standards and hygiene regulations
Responsible for starters and salads

Completed training as a cook
Professional experience
