The traditional Sessladalpe lodge is situated at nearly 1,900 meters, about an hour’s walk from the Diasbahn mountain station towards the Niederelbehütte lodge, making it an ideal stopover. In early summer, when the meadows are lush and many mountain herbs are in bloom, the animals graze on the lower Sessladalpe. Later, they move up to the upper Sessladalpe, where you can enjoy homemade cheese, quark, and milk. Up here, nature knows no stress—just pure tranquillity and delicious regional treats.
