On 9 and 10 April, chefs, waiters and co. will compete on skis and snowboards and choose their world skiing champions. In the giant slalom down to the Idalp, the catering professionals will compete against each other on two competition days. The categories are “hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs, hotel staff, hotel management students” and “sommeliers, bartenders, waiters, winemakers, suppliers and guests”, who will compete in two rounds of the giant slalom. The initiators Champagne Laurent-Perrier and the Tourism Association Paznaun – Ischgl will ensure a good atmosphere and many exciting highlights at the Ski World Cup for Gastronomy.
