The delightful start to Culinary Paznaun 2026

Culinary Paznaun is a summer event series in the mountains, where renowned top chefs and the #YoungChefsPaznaun create culinary delights at selected mountain huts in Paznaun. The Mountain Lodge Partys take place in July and August, serving exclusive dishes made from regional ingredients – from reinterpreted classics to creative gourmet creations.

The Summer Opening in Ischgl marks the official start of this series of culinary delights.
On this evening, all the dishes that will be cooked during the 2026 Mountain Lodge Partys will be presented. Instead of being spread over several dates, visitors can sample all the creations in the form of small tastings – gathered in one place, on one evening.

The square in front of the St. Nikolaus Cultural Centre is transformed into a gourmet mile: culinary highlights, matching wines and musical entertainment make the Summer Opening the perfect way to get in the mood for the culinary mountain summer in Paznaun.

The Summer Opening is therefore a comprehensive culinary preview – and the official starting signal for the 2026 Mountain Lodge Partys.
