A sky full of paragliders, Olympic-worthy cheese specialities or World Championship medals for everyone - Paznaun guests will experience an extended active autumn from 31 August to 13 October 2024 as part of the Golden Summits with exciting sporting events to take part in and marvel at, diverse offers for hiking, biking or climbing as well as very special culinary and cultural events.

The weather gods were kind to more than 800 participants who tackled the 1st edition of the Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail on Saturday. There was a choice of distances of 85, 50, 30, 20 and 10 kilometres and up to 5,200 metres in altitude. It was definitely worth it for everyone who took part. The routes led through the middle of the fantastic mountain landscape on the Paznaun High Route, plus the special flair of the competition and the much-acclaimed finish in the centre of Ischgl.

This year's Sunny Mountain Summer Festival will take place on 21 July 2024 on the Dias Alpe in Kappl. With attractions such as a bouncy castle, a face painting station and a bungee trampoline, there is plenty of entertainment on offer. The Diasbahn cable car takes all visitors to the summer festival free of charge. The ascent and descent with the Alblittbahn up to an altitude of 2,300 metres is also free of charge.

In Paznaun, the annual open-air concerts and church concerts are about to take place in the villages of Galtür, Ischgl, Kappl and See. Visitors are cordially invited to enjoy the summer evenings with unique musical performances in the open air. The concerts promise to delight all music lovers with a wide range of traditional and modern brass band music.

Traditional mountain march with ambition: at the 51st Silvretta Ferwall March on 24 August 2024, participants will hike over four distances between marathon and family-friendly short distance to the scenic highlights of the impressive mountain world around the climatic health resort of Galtür. Medals for all included.

Texpa Simplon becomes Ischgl Simplon. The renowned cycling team centred around top athletes Markus Kaufmann (D) and Hansueli Stauffer (CH) will be racing under a new name with immediate effect. The name change marks the beginning of a promising partnership with the Paznaun - Ischgl tourism region, which will support the team in the coming season.

The "Culinary Paznaun" series of events invites you to actively savour food during the mountain summer. On the programme: seven special gourmet dishes at seven mountain huts throughout the summer, created by top Paznaun chefs who skilfully showcase the valley's regional products, seven hut festivals and a gourmet market in Ischgl as a festive prelude. Event period: 5 July to 1 September 2024.

The Black Eyed Peas brought a consistently white record winter season to an end in front of more than 15,000 winter sports enthusiasts on 30 April at the Top of the Mountain Closing Concert in Ischgl. Save the date: Top of the Mountain Opening Concert on 30 November 2024 in Ischgl.

Successful premiere: young talents from Austria and Germany competed in the disciplines of cooking, bartending and marketing at the Tourism Games by Ischgl on 23^rd April 2024. The best fresh talent comes from Schlosshotel Ischgl.

Andreas Gabalier created mountains of atmosphere in the snow for 18,700 winter sports enthusiasts with his folk rock'n'roll at the Top of the Mountain Spring Concert on 14^th April in Ischgl. Further concerts until the season ends on 1^st May: The BossHoss (21.4.) and the Black Eyed Peas (30. 4.).
