✔ Guest care & reception - Friendly reception of guests or customers, check-in & check-out, as well as general information
✔ Telephone & e-mail correspondence - Accepting and forwarding enquiries, making appointments and processing reservations
✔ Administration & organisation - Support in administrative tasks, document management, data maintenance and invoicing
✔ Communication & service - Professional customer care and support with concerns, both in person and by telephone
✔ Cooperation & coordination - Close coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations
