Responsibilities for a cook (morning service and lunch cooking for employees)

Period: 26 June 2025 - 14 September 2025
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 6 days a week (day shift only, evenings off)

Main tasks:

Breakfast:
Preparation of the breakfast buffet.
Prepare à la minute breakfast dishes (egg dishes, waffles).
Ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients and their proper storage.
Maintaining hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Lunch cooking:
Planning and preparing daily lunches for the employees:inside.
Inventory management:
Monitoring of food stock levels.
Quality control:
Ensuring the high quality and presentation of food.
Regularly checking compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Teamwork and communication:
Liaising with the service team
