On Sunday, 19 July 2026, the second Culinary Paznaun Mountain Lodge Party will take place at the Friedrichshafener Hütte in Galtürl.
At 2,138 metres above sea level, high-alpine nature meets outstanding culinary diversity. At the hut festival on the Friedrichshafener Hütte, Thomas Sieberer, Hermann Zangerl and Christopher Fritz combine their distinct culinary styles to create a shared gourmet experience. With deep respect for regional ingredients and a refined sense of flavour, they craft thoughtful dishes that blend alpine tradition with creative finesse. Surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Silvretta mountain range, the event becomes a unique interplay of nature, craftsmanship and top-level cuisine.
