Kappl is the perfect setting to make family memories full of big smiles and unforgettable moments. The highlight for every family holiday in Kappl? Sunny Mountain Adventure Park!
However, there’s more to see and do in the Paznaun region! The neighbouring villages of Ischgl, See and Galtür hold numerous surprises in store for adventure-loving families. What are you waiting for? Grab your loved ones and go to …
Get out there, jump into the water and enjoy life! The Games, Sports and Water Park in See is more than just a public beach. It’s located right in the village centre and offers everything you need for a perfect summer day with your family. For instance, the park boasts a special lake section for toddlers, an adventure playground and a spacious sun-bathing lawn.
Alternatively, you and your family can relax at Wellnesspark Medrigalm. This special power place is located at 1,800 metres above sea level and is hugely popular with adventurers of all ages. Try the reflexology path, boost your circulation in the Kneipp pools or learn about the healing power of stones and crystals – there’s so much to discover!
Galtür is the climbing and bouldering hotspot of the Paznaun region. And that’s also true for families! Silvapark Galtür even has its own children’s boulder park for young climbing fans. Older kids can tackle the beginner’s via ferrata Little Ballun, where you can push your limits on your way to climbing bliss.
Galtür is also popular with horse lovers. Climb in the saddle, take riding lessons or enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride – everything’s possible as long it’s to do with four hooves and a mane!
As a bad-weather alternative, we recommend the Sports and Culture Centre in Galtür. There’s an indoor adventure pool as well as squash, tennis and bowling facilities there to brighten up rainy days.
At the Idalp at 2,320 metres above sea level, you can find Vider Truja Adventure Park – a family paradise featuring boulder towers, a water park, slacklines, ponds and rafts, a barefoot path, barbecue stations and many more highlights.
To get there, either hop on the cable car or take the Adventure Trail from Ischgl to Idalp. The trail in a nutshell: three hours through three different Alpine vegetation zones, across two spectacular suspension bridges and the Walk of Lyrics that revolves around the lines of international musicians.
Have you heard of the barbecue stations at Lake Pardatschersee or the quiet fishing ponds at Lake Schwarzwassersee? Or of the Adventure Stage – the Forest and Lakeside course with a Speed Challenge? Or the two-kilometre SKYFLY zipline? Or the Ischgl forest pool? Oh yeah, there are plenty of adventures waiting for you in Ischgl!
